Henry V Ride – Philip vanderWilden

Tuesday, May 15, 2007

We few, we happy VERY few, we band of brothers;

For he to-day that sheds his blood with me/ OR RIDES

Shall be my brother; be he ne'er so vile,

This day shall gentle his condition:

And gentlemen in England (OR CONCORD, SUDBURY OR WAYLAND) now a-bed

Shall think themselves accursed they were not here,

And hold their manhoods cheap whiles any speaks

That fought/RODE with us upon Saint Crispin's day/OR MAY 15th .

Dave and I hope all you gentlemen that were in bed were warm and comfy as we rode our merry way through the morning. Despite being entitled and riding by the homes of Monsieurs Holin, Alvarez and Beard, we elected to let them get there beauty rest. Meanwhile, Dave and my thighs each grew a full inch in circumference due to our ride. Now you all have to play catch up. Plus, we beat the rain!

Of course, now Dave and I will each need a nappy which will reduce the average productivity of the American worker by 3% today – such is our impact on our national GDP.

Enjoy the day.

Philip (aka Henry V)
